Pine cone table top

It feels like I am blogging after a long time.. I was almost drowned in the sea of boxes and containers. Moving in to this apartment is much difficult than I thought. In Zurich it was very easy as everything was squeaky clean. But in Singapore things are different:( On a lighter note, now I can do a tutorial about how to remove grime and shine your tiles and make your house look as good as new (LOL)

I decorated my table with pine cones. Nothing feels more inviting and calming more than a clutter-free table with simple decoration. I found a bag of pine cones in my stuff..These cute gnome and porcupine are from Triberg, Germany.

These guys keep me happy and jolly:) The cinnamon and lemon candle gives a warm glow..

I want to thank all who comment and visit my blog and encourage me. Thank you for following my creative project!!

Lovely. I like the simplicity of the pinecones around the candle. I have some pinecones and never know how to use them. Such a lovely display and idea. Thanks so much for linking to TTT. Hugs, Marty

Okay, I'm impressed that A. You even had the energy to create a tablescape, and B. You were able to find those pinecones at all. I would still be taking a long nap, and the pinecones might not surface for years! Thank you for sharing your charming vignette. Cherry Kay

Congratulations on having the move (and cleaning!) behind you. The pinecones do make a lovely centerpiece. I miss pinecones, as pine trees are very rare where I live now.

I just love the organic, simple, cozy feel that pinecones give a space. They look wonderful in that dish. Hope you are feeling settled.
