Magnetic notepad with pencil tutorial

It is always when I am doing something in the kitchen that I remember something else that I had to do or buy. Then I run towards the sticky notepad on my Fridge to write it down.. then  I start looking for the pencil or pen.. you know the story right? It happens to everyone..running around the house looking for a pencil ...Magnetic or sticky notepads are so easy to find but magnetic pencils not that easy to find!

So this weekend I thought of ending the problem once in for all and get organized.. I made a magnetic notepad with a pencil holder.. Here's how I made it!!

 I used
a notepad which I had bought in a sale for few cents..
a magnet which I had got free on Choco-pie ..
a pencil.

Apply glue to the back of the notepad ..

  1. Nice idea! Faced the same problem,I collected scrap paper stapled and hanged it in the hanger that I have in my kitchen to hang cups, etc and placed a pencil in the cutlery stand. In your DIY pencil and paper are together, good idea!
